Professor Goze Bertin Bénié, President

BÉNIÉ Goze Bertin is an expert in geomatic sciences (remote sensing, GIS, Database, CAD, geodetic sciences) and one of the African pioneers in this field where he has been working since 1977, first as a student then as manager and specialist in software and systems research and development.

Dr Yves Voirin, Vice-President

Dr. Yves Voirin holds a doctorate in Remote Sensing from the University of Sherbrooke. He notably worked on the development of an expert system for the identification of changes in the forest environment. During his university years, he acquired expertise in the processing of remote sensing images and more particularly in the field of "intelligent" methods.

Dr. Claire Müller-Poitevien, Vice-President

Born in 1959 in Port-au-Prince (Haiti), Claire Müller-Poitevien obtained her doctorate in medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the State University of Haiti in 1984. She also obtained a certificate of specialization in Anesthesia-Resuscitation of the same university in 1988. Installed in Sherbrooke (Canada) since 1990, she finished at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Sherbrooke a master's degree in Clinical Sciences Option Anesthesia in 1996.

Alassane Tigana, Analyste-programmeur

Diplômé du programme de Maîtrise en Informatique avec stage (M.Sc.) de l’Université Laval (Québec, Canada), tout au long de ce programme, M. TIGANA a été préparé à accomplir des tâches de haut niveau en conception et en gestion de systèmes informatiques ou encore à devenir chercheur en génie logiciel ou en informatique.
En outre, ses stages et travaux effectués à l’Office National des Postes (O.N.P) en Tunisie et à GéoImage Solutions Inc (GIS) au Canada comme analyste-programmeur lui ont permis d’asseoir ses connaissances théoriques, de développer des nouvelles compétences, d’avoir une connaissance du déroulement du travail en entreprise et de mettre en pratique les concepts appris en classe. Il a participé à la réalisation de plusieurs systèmes comme Système de Paie de l’Office National des Postes (O.N.P) de Tunisie, Plateforme de Gestion et Promotion du tourisme au Cameroun (Cybertourisme), Solution Logicielle Intégrée de Gestion du Registre de Commerce et de Crédit Mobilier / de Société Coopérative de l’OHADA (RCCM / RSCOOP – OHADA), Portail de Gestion des formalités de création d’entreprise de l’Agence Nationale pour la Promotion des Investissements / Guichet Unique (ANPI – Djibouti) et Progiciel de Gestion de la Relation Sociale (PROGRES) de la Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale (CNPS) Côte d’Ivoire.

 

B.Sc. Nelson-Frederick Bénié, Gis analyst / developer

A graduate of Sherbrooke University (Canada) in the department of applied geomatics, B.Sc. Bénié contributed to the development of a hydrological modeling tool capable of simulating the potential impacts caused by the development of the territory on surface runoff and soil erosion. In addition, Mr. Bénié participated in the development of decision support systems within the GEOIMAGE firm (OHCC RCCM System, RCCM Portal of the Single Window in Djibouti).

Joël Batcho, Full-stack developer

A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke (Canada), Mr. Joël Batcho holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering (B. Eng.). He specializes in computer security and has participated in many projects in website design and computer applications, from robotics to software design, which has earned him his skills both in front-end development (web interface ) as back-end (database).

M. Imrane KHALID, Developer

Expert in software engineering, Networking and Grids. A graduate of the University of Oran and the University of Sherbrooke (Quebec, Canada), M. I. KHALID, during his university training participated in many projects in software development and computer applications. He began as a lecturer in the algorithmic module at the University of N'Djamena and subsequently teaching assistant (in charge of practical work) in the Networking module at the University of Sherbrooke. He then directed his career in software development engineering. He was responsible for the website of a company selling cosmetic products. He created a web application for the CRGP (Center for Research in Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics).

Aoua Tigana, Developer

A graduate of the University of Tlemcen (Algeria) and the African Institute of Management (IAM MALI) in the Networks and Telecommunications Department, Aoua TIGANA contributed to the configuration of control and security software during her university training, and has participated in the development of software like Archiva (system for monitoring and organizing documents) and SIG Examens Mali (Integrated Management System for national exams in Mali) during his internship at Sitan Informatique.
